If you have to be told you can’t watch the post-election episode of South Park because of rights issues here in the UK, at least you have the consolation of a rather funny “no” page.

Armin thought this on Nov 12 08 at 8:58 pmI might be wrong, but I’m fairly sure I’ve seen this page before. That was several months ago. Assuming that’s true it’s not just that episode but a general rights issue. And they might not be working as hard as they claim?

From past exposure to the exciting world of content rights deals, I’d be willing to bet that it’s all about letting contracts run out before they are renegotiated to allow streaming of complete episodes…
