Guardian Unlimited has won a Webby for best newspaper on the web. As Sheila says on Newsblog, it’s a great honour, and we’re thrilled to have won - this is a set of awards which really do count. As the New York Times observed, these are "the Oscars of the Internet". Indeed, Vanity Fair said they were "better than the Oscars" - a verdict which, of course, we’re all inclined to agree with today. Trebles all round
